Sara made this process easier then I could have ever imagined. She will hold your hand step by step so you are sure to get everything completed in a timely manner. I could not be more happy! Oh, I should also mention she is literally available 24/7. Any time I tried to contact her with any questions she responded. Sara was incredible to work with. She was extremely attentive and did well is explaining each part of the process with us. There was constant and open communication, not only between us, but she kept in touch with our realtor as well. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home or refinancing.

I can not say Thank You enough! Sara was absolutely amazing through the whole process. Sara was helpful and very patient with with us through the whole process. Sara was wonderful, she was so helpful throughout the entire process, including advising how to increase my credit score to get a better rate. She answered all of my questions, and as a first time home buyer i had a lot of questions. We looked at another lender, but Sara's customer service and helpfulness brought us right back to waterstone.
