I had a GREAT experience with The Mortgage Firm - Sarah and Jeremy were exceptional! For context, I've bought several properties in the past (moved a lot with military), and used a lot of different lenders. The Mortgage Firm was faster and more responsive, including some after normal banking hours, than any of those. Sarah's quick work at the very beginning enabled me to successfully win a bid on a great house in a VERY competitive seller's market.

It was an extremely anxiety provoking experience. Not sure it was the fault of the Mortgage Firm. Sarah and Sammy were terrific. I believe it was the review team. There was something to send every day right down to the wire. I really didn't know whether or not I got the mortgage until 1 day before I was to go to closing.
