This is the third time I've worked with Sarah and her team on a mortgage/refi. I initially went to my current lender for this refi thinking it would be easier, however Sarah was able to give me a better interest rate, lower fees, and as always TMF's legendary customer service. Everyone in her office and the Title Co she works with are friendly, easy going, and treat you like family. Plus, it's a much nicer experience, and easier process working with a "hometown lender" vs a big corporate giant!
