I was honest and said I had no clue what I was doing as a first time homeowner and at no point did I feel judged for doing so. The team was professional and fun. All of my friends and family I talked to were surprised at how smooth the process was and I know that was because of Sarah and her team. I worked mostly with Jeremy and he was great! Both Jeremy and Sarah were extremely pleasant to work with. This can be an overwhelming experience but they both, especially Jeremy, made me feel at ease. Anytime I had a question and emailed them, I got a response right away. They held my hand every step of the way! I was constantly emailing them and asking for help, they never made me feel like I was annoying. I felt like I had there full attention at all times, regardless of their busy schedules. I am happy to do busy with them.
