Sarah was amazing. We had previously used another mortgage firm who had been recommended. We were given a price range and when we finally decided on something we were told that the numbers didnt work. I was confused because initially we were only putting 3.5% down, however we decided to go with 20% due to the home being at the upper limit of our range. We decided to reach out to Sarah for a second opinion. We ended up closing on a home that was previously out of our range and with only 3.5% down
