Sarah was great. The only problem was with the title company that I had asked to be changed. Hillsborough Title/Paramont Title is too large to be effective.

After I was requested info and sent it,I would not get a reply email stating correct info was received. I call to check my file has everything and was told I would get a call back after file is checked. I never got a call back. I then would send a follow up email and not get a reply.There was alot of info missing for loan and title company due to very poor communication which caused delays and stress. I felt extremely unimportant as a paying customer!

I understand there were medical issues abd for that I am sorry and wish Sarah well. That being said communicating ahead of the issue would have been appreciated. Also there seemed to be no streamline of communication. Most of life’s frustration come from unclear communication and this process exemplified that. There were a few times I was going to pull out and go somewhere else but Ada assured me it would be ok. In hindsight I regret I did not do that because I fear there will be future difficu

Mike did alot of oh yeah you need this at the last minute. Also they kept passing us around to,different people and none of the obviously communicated together. Something would be sent to one and the next day someone else would request the same thing. We should have been told in advance about the water test, foundation report and a few other things that we were told about either last minute or found out through other people.

If my refinance had been completed in 4 weeks I would have been pleased. This process took 8 weeks and was tortuously delayed.

easy ,no hassle loan process.closed when promised. 3 things on repair list not done and fence gate broken ,toilet still leaks ,hot water valve for washer still leaked.and they broke the gate.we repeatedly asked what's up with broken gate.only to be ignored.
