Met with her today and she and her nurse navigator were more than an A+ . I had my aunt on speakerphone and Dr. Pesek answered every question and also spoke to my medical oncologist. She is top notch and very knowledgeable.

Personable, kind, caring and professional. Dr. Pesek was all of the above and more! Dr. Pesek welcomed my questions and concerns with a genuinely caring approach and helped me truly understand my diagnosis. I never felt rushed and she welcomed speaking to my family that accompanied me to my procedures. Being in the medical field myself, I received several recommendations from coworkers regarding Dr. Pesek. I am very glad I made a choice that has exceeded any expectations I had!
I was diagnosied with breast cancer and referred to Dr. Pesek. She spent all the time i needed to the point where we had no questions and stood there almost wondering why they werent kicking us out, she gracuiously spoke to a family member that is a cancer doctor with no hesitation and her staff is top notch, all very kind and willing to answer questions and take time with us. called with appointments and made us feel like we were the most important people there!! A huge thank you and recommend!
She is awesome spent almost 2 hours with me my first visit going over all my testing and answering all my questions.
Receiving a diagnosis of breast cancer is a very scary event. The first thing I needed once I was diagnosed was to see a breast surgeon. I was referred to the office of Dr. Sarah Pesek. My husband and I had our initial visit with Dr. Pesek, and immediately felt at ease. She took her time with us, explaining all the facts clearly, leaving no stone unturned. I did not feel the need for a second opinion. Her surgical excellence is clear, by the way I am healing.

I would not recommend Dr. Pesek. She performed a mastectomy on my left breast and refused to listen when I told her I was having bloody discharge from my right breast. She told me it was not cancer and I irritated it which made it bleed. Turns out she was wrong. I recently had two surgeries on my right breast from a very intelligent compassionate surgeon from Sloan Kettering, who took the time to listen and examine me.
