The only negative is that I wasn't given an accurate estimate of the total cost of services over the phone the the basic cost to neuter was quoted at $75. I said my cat needed immunizations, understood the cat needed 2 immunizations at $26. I don't remember any recommendations for Deworming or blood tests. I was estimating cost at about $150 at end of phone call but the actual cost were double that. I would like to have a more realistic cost estimate over the phone.
These guys were top notch! I was very emotional and nervous about having to put my kitty down. They were wonderful to me and to my Laci. They got me in right away, an hour before my appointment. I would highly recommend them and will be going back with my Frankie.
