Our pup recently had spayed at another hospital due to cost and the incision was left open and became infected. Your staff took immediate action and stapled her woind and proscribed antibiotics for the infection. The level of service and care provided was exemplary and effective. My doobie normally flips out when he gets his routine nail trim. He’s very aggressive and I can’t do it myself so I asked their help. First two times he was very angry with it. But this last time (his 3rd) he was was docile when the girl took him in. He knew her and barely acted up during his appointment. I was really surprised and glad that he didn’t act like the Tasmanian devil this time. The girls there have a lot of patience and are naturals. Got me in same day to see my new kitten for her vaccines. Very friendly and helpful.
Doctor and assistants were very patient waiting for my dog to calm down. Showed me how to clean his ears.
Dr. Grewal is accommodating and works with us doggie owners for the best health solution for our dog. I appreciate her energy and ability to diagnose and propose what efforts might reveal more about my dog's health issues. She is very kind to me and my dog.
