I’m highly disappointed in this office. I called this office at least four times today, just to get a simple refill on a medication. After speaking to the representative, I was told that I had to make an appointment, just to get a refill because it’s been more than three months. That in itself is what I called bs, just so that this office can charge my insurance company a doctors visit. Worse office ever. If I could, I would give them zero stars. I was referred to Dr. Aly by my GI doctor and honestly I dont even know what he looks like because I never met him, I keep seeing his PA. This clinic has no respect for people's time, I always come early for my appointment but then I am stuck waiting up to an hour or so to be seen by his PA for 2-5 minutes. I was also told to come back because my blood cultures came back positive but they still requested me to pay another copay just to wait about 1 hour to be seen ... read more
I am my mother's Medical and Legal power of attorney, somehow my mother was removed from her care facility without my knowledge and taken to see Dr. Aly. When I called for information I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes and no one picked up my call. I tried again to call and clicked the option to speak to the office manager, my call went straight to voice mail and half way through my message it hung up on me. Be wary of using this doctor.
If I can I would give this place a zero star. In 2 days time we called this clinic 9 times to not even get a conversation let alone care for the patient. The staff is awful so unprofessional. I don’t know how they get away with charging all they do with the service provided. Patient at their mercy can’t even get a call back.
Really really bad staff. It's been 3 months I have been asking them to send the medicine and still they did not. Everytime I call them, they put me on hold and never transfer. The lady on reception name Micah. Super rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend anyone to go this bad place.
