RecommendedService provided was excellent. We suspected a water leak in our roof and within one day of contact Adam was out to check the roof and find the issue. Two days later they had a crew making the repair. We felt the amount was completely fair and reasonable and they didn’t immediately try to upsell us on the entire roof, only fixed what needed to be done. RecommendedWe just had our roof done by Sargeant’s Roofing. Our roof was completed ahead of schedule which is amazing to me considering the weather we have had this year! The estimator was out and showed us with pictures the shape our roof was in. As work was done we also had pictures so you can see exactly what was done. A very professional and personable company. I would give this company 5/5.
RecommendedWe had 4 estimates done and decided to go with Sargeant's...Their inspection was very thorough and answered any questions we had...They came this morning and was finished around lunchtime... They did an awesome job with cleanup as well...Our cat was a little freaked out about the noise lol... Definitely recommend Sargeant's!

RecommendedThese guys are simply amazing. I bought my house seven years ago with a roof that *looked* new and in that time it deteriorated badly. It left pretty a bad taste in my mouth. Sargeant's not only gave me a QUALITY new roof with improved ventilation at a very reasonable cost, they put me at complete ease knowing if I sell my home, the next owners won't ever have to go through what I did. These guys are thorough, professional and HONEST. I absolutely love my new roof and it makes my 80 year old home look like a whole new house!

Beth from Sargeant came out to give us a quote and she was the only company that went on the roof to take a look at what was needed. RecommendedWe had two leaks going on with our roof. One was from a bad skylight install from years ago and the other because we had a bad batch of shingles on the south side of our roof. As you can imagine this summer has been stressful bc we had so much water leaking through our ceiling and coming from above our kitchen window.
