Dr. Sattler is amazing and we love the entire team! The minute we walked into the office, we felt home. They always try to accommodate all our needs. My son is still going through the procedure, but they guide us through every step making the process so much easier. Should I start about the insurance? Vena called them so many times making sure that they will pay for the procedure as they should because the customer service of the insurance company was trying to find 10000 wrong excuses not to pay. The entire team is wonderful! Chris, the hygienist is thorough, yet gentle. Dr Sattler is always kind and interested in you as a person, and he does great work! I’ve sent many family members to Dr Sattler’s office and everyone loves him!
I couldn’t be more satisfied with this dentist office, from the dentist MR Sattler, down to the ladies working the desk, everyone is extremely polite and understanding. the prices for the work I get done is always cheaper than I expect, and the dentist and assistants do great work. Coming from a bad dentist, I cant recommend this practice enough.
Dental repair was painless. Dr. Sattler and Kim explained the procedure and were concerned with my welfare the entire office visit/very thoughtful.
