Making major decisions such as a refinance or house purchase are not a frequent event in our lives, stressful at the least. I chose Ambeck based a general reputation and the agent assigned lived up to the reputation. Everyone is extremely professional and helpful, in my case there were no complications, but a lot of general possibility silly questions that I had that my agent immediately followed up with.
