Sunpower Salesmen to workers to install all excellent. Panels installed mid November. We still have a 200.00 UI bill. The sales rep told us that it takes time for the panels to charge. I giggled this and found nothing. Nothing says it in any paper work. We were told someone would check the system within 2wks. Not happy. I want credit, or they can remove the panels give me a new roof.

I believe there is a bit of a misunderstanding about what your wife and I spoke about with regard to the production. As I explained to Carol, your system was installed in mid November which is a time of the year where the sun hours are at their shortest and your production will be the lowest in the winter months when the sun is at its lowest point in the sky and the days are short.
