Ya vio la razón por la cual no tiene comentarios negativos por que usted los bloquea los borra y los quiere hacer ver mal cuando ustedes son unos tráfalas. Contratan a mecánicos sin experiencia y no supervisan dicho por ustedes mismo. Hace dos meses compré una Acadia, tras que su precio fue súper alto fuimos espeficicos no queríamos seguros extras que no fueran obligatorios. Esta semana me llegó una carta de la garantía del vehículo y nos orientaron que básicamente nos estafaron con el seguro que ya le habíamos pedido que no agregaran. Compré una gmc2021 y salió mala.
El servicio al cliente y aprobación fue excelente, sien embargo, a los 2 meses de comprarlo ya vemos los problemas mecánicos por $30 mill dólares que cuesta el carro. A demás por un simple escaneo $120. Pero fue error nuestro por no llevar un mecánico a que verifique. Lleven el suyo para que eviten ese problema.

Called multiple times before I got ahold of someone. After getting ahold of someone I wanted pictures of a truck that was just posted (I live 2 hours away so hard to drive up there to make sure it was what I wanted). After messaging and calling for 2-3 days and getting a response of “I’m not At the lot I’ll get it tomorrow” or “something came up I’ll text the pictures later” I messaged and asked if it had sold and I received a picture of someone who bought the truck holding the keys in there hand.
