Tracie and Eilleen were absolutely a dream to work with!! They were both available and extremely knowledable anytime I needed them. The process was explained to me in detail and niether one of them ever hestitated taking time with me and re-explaining and answering any questions I had, even if it was just nerves!! We shopped around and got some quotes from the big banks, but our realtor recommended Tracie and her team so we contacted her also. Not only were her numbers better that the big places, but she was ALWAYS available and worked closely with our realtor. For a family with two working parents, it was awesome to be able to text her questions after kid bedtime, and she'd get right back.
