This place is a hoax. Not only is it infested with rats, but Rachel is a rude b!%@$. Damaged appliances upon moving in, the place wasn't even clean... False advertising. Do not recommend.
Do you love living in a rat infested apartment complex?! Then, Sawgrass is for you! I was even lucky! My apartment came dirtily equipped with broken appliances and items I can’t even count on two hands!! The cherry on top was the extremely rude office staff; by staff I mean one in particular. So, Rachel, this one is to you, girl! I’ll dedicate the 13th rat I kill to you :)

that girl racheal is rude and always getting slick out the mouth.... was real disrespectful and is always tryna turn it around an put words in people mouths,,, i dont know how she got that job because racheal is not a people person at all... she took it upon herself to take my property (trashcan) an sat it in from of my door which is a sign of disrespect talking bout it cant stay out there all weekend.. well i was in the apartment cleaning up an was gonna take it to the trash once i was finished ! then had a nerve to say oh... read more

Change your management have respect for tenants show loyalty for those that have been there longer than 2 years have concerns about the way the inside apartments look and not just the outside quit having people pay for a bug man they never see

Tomorrow, July 3, is a HOLIDAY. And the pool is closed until Saturday afternoon. Really poor planning (or no planning???). Wouldn't be so bad, but the pool was also closed on the last holiday weekend.

Sawgrass Cove Apartments have been the most Horrible situation i have ever moved into,, my 2nd month there i had the Maniac that lives upstairs that im pretty sure isnt on the lease came kickin an punching my front door, screaming that my music was too loud, he assaulted my guest and threatened to do bodily harm to my teenage daughter,so my guest had to slap him upside his head,, Police were called an the situation was under control.. for the next couple of months these individuals would call the police on me for the slighte... read more
