I lived here for 8 months. I have two services dogs, and lived by myself. Upon moving in, the apartment had stains all over the walls and clearly outdated. The carpet smelled like cigarettes still even though they probably tried to clean it. I had roaches consistently throughout my stay and had to request exterminators 4x. I have lived here for 10 years and there is a reason I have been here that long. The apartments are very spacious. I have been able to raise both my son's here who are now teenagers. The landscape is beautiful and it sits back in a secluded area at the end of the road...yet it is very close to anything you could need...gas stations ..restaurants...shopping and even Walmart. The new group of ladies have been the first set of people to acknowledge and respond to outstanding issues I've tried to resolve for 3+ years. These women deserve praise, accolades, and merit for genuinely caring about us as residents. I look forward to working with this group for a good while.

Truly the worst place I have ever lived. Appliances are from the 70s or 80s, gate is always broken, dog poop and trash everywhere around the complex. Also is infested with roaches. The complex is extremely loud; you always hear doors slamming or music blasting at all hours. Walls are paper thin and can smell Marijuana coming from neighbors 24/7. Location is nice. Apartments are very very outdated and should be updated given priced apartments are over 1k. Gate is broken and has been for years so there are cars in and out never knowing if they live there, parking first come first serve so because of broken gate at night time there is hardly any parking available. Pool is very small and usually overcrowded. I have seen people walk in from the broken gate and go to the pool.
