Sawyer was great, outstanding. When he went on vacation, the young lady Maria was handling the refi.. She didn’t relay info concerning loan eligibility , that if I had been aware of I could have added my wife’s income to get it done. I didn’t get wind of this till right at closing!! My wife conceded to finish the process. It was very frustrating because Marie seemed so out of touch with the personal side of the process. I guess it wasn’t a real concern to her! Sawyer was cool the young lady not do m!!

I honestly wanted to cancel but my husband talked me out of it because we didn’t want to restart the process. The communication was poor and when we voiced our feelings about the communication being poor the response was inappropriate. If I had it to do all over again I would not. The customer service is lacking. If you make a mistake you should do something so the customer feels right about the situation not talk In circles and tell them they wouldnt have know any better if things didn’t go different, that creates mistrust.... read more
