I appreciate that you are upfront with prices and give low and high cost options versus hidden fees like other vets I have been to. Everything was explained in great detail to ensure all information is understood. You can tell they honestly care for my fur baby and wanted to be sure the best outcome for her and I in the long run. I would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend West Frederick Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Hiller along with all of the support staff that we've dealt with there are terrific. I always feel like our dog, Lena Belle, is getting excellent care that is both efficient and thorough. Dr. Hiller is great at listening to our concerns and helping us to develop a care plan for Lena Belle. It also helps that everyone there is compassionate and obviously they all love dogs. :-)

The office was able to get me in last minute and I received great care from the check-in to the exam. The vet techs were friendly and supportive and very loving with my dogs. Dr. Krebs was thorough in his examination and hugged the dogs like they were his own. We appreciate the great service.

My dog loves visiting this facility because the staff are friendly. We visited today so my dog can get his vaccines.
I cannot say enough about West Frederick. Every single person that works there is so kind. We adopted our husky with a decent amount of health issues. The first vet we took her to took advantage of that, performed unnecessary tests and procedures to run our bill up. Upon going to West Frederick for the first time they confirmed our suspicions about the first vet and assured us that they would never do this. Our dog Zoe loves going to the vet now.
