S&B in Mustang was told that games specials only counts on men’s football and men’s basketball for the specials. Not the women’s softball. Even though the advertisements specify ALL televised games count.
Worst service ever! I frequent this location often but tonight was by far the worst experience. Our waiter was inattentive and the manger was not much help.

The past three times we have tried to go here, the service has been HORRIFICALLY slow. Tonight, we sat down at 7:17 and ordered our beverages and the 2 for $20 combo from our server when she greeted us. It took 20 minutes for her to deliver our beer at 7:35. After an additional 10 minutes, we flagged down the manager, as we still hadn't received our appetizer. The chicken club sandwich made us ill for a week. If the chicken can't be kept fresh, just discontinue offering it.

The service was GREAT, but the food? Not so good. My wife ate maybe half of her food just because she paid for it. That's the only reason I did as well. Tried one of the french fries and left the rest.....the burger was hardly sub par at best. The cheese bites were good but that's about it. Now I remember why we haven't been there in 4 years. It was our 2nd and last time.
The last time we were there we sat at a table and there was all kinds of food and gunk on the wall. It’s was gross and really hard to enjoy the food. We could see the same thing at the tables surrounding us as well. It should be standard to wipe down the walls at some point in the week, especially when it’s obvious. The food is good, but will probably eat somewhere a little cleaner.
Burger was cold and service sucked, girl rushed us the entire time, picked up beers we weren’t finished with and then brought the tickets while we were still eating.
Service was outstanding but food was not...Bread was hard and dry...Didnt have the beef jerky for the drink we ordered which was why we ordered it....I said no onions...was full of onions.....The other burger came out with meat and cheese and it was supposed to have everything but barbeque sauce.....64.00 later....Probably won't be back....
