Staff warm & friendly. My dog is normally very timid around strangers but they were so good with her (especially the Vet) that she left to get her bath without a backward glance. Do think I have found a new Veterinarian.
The staff is always friendly. They are very gentle with their patients.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Veterinarian was very good, and bather was excellent!! [We even went home and groomed our bathed poodle with our human electric shaver for the first time.]
