I want to give them a one-star review simply because I don't want everyone and their brother to get this deal and make it harder for me to get my babies seen! I would actually give them 10 stars if that were an option! I loved Dr. Proietto! He seemed 100% concerned about the dogs and getting them the proper treatment. I came from Banfield where EVERYONE there just hammers you with "buying a plan" for the dogs! The vet tech, the doctor, the girl at the desk; everyone was "You need a plan!" No, I don't need a plan! From the moment I called and made the appointment for my pup I knew it was going to be a good experience. The staff was sooooo friendly and nice. The doctor and nurse took their time with us and answered all the questions I had.
