A dental appointment is typically not anyone’s favorite visit. Dr. Carly diagnosed my sensitivity to cold and hot liquids as a cracked molar. Requiring removal of existing filling and a crown. Dr. Carly and assistant provided the necessary “numbing “ injections, followed up with drilling and provided a temporary crown. The office has an inviting atmosphere & the staff is so courteous & accommodating whether it is a phone call or being there for an office visit. Dental Hygienist, Ann Maria, is not only thorough but she also takes time to offer information as well as answer specific questions. Dr Carly is always welcoming. She takes time after the exam to offers suggestions for daily dental routine between visits. Gentle care by a wonderful staff.
Dr. Carly explained my dental procedure in easily understandable terms, as she shared detailed x-rays. She is both very knowledgeable and caring, a great combination.
Very gentle cleaning. Dr Carly takes her time to address any concerns and she is kind.
Very comfortable office and patient room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Carley performed a physical examination and diagnosed the reason for pain. She was reassuring that the pain caused by a crack tooth had not progressed to infection which was good news. Next appointment will require a crown. Very satisfying knowing the problem will be resolved soon. Highly recommend the Scharfenberg Dental office.
