They are excellent for helping put you back together after your accident, which is priority #1. They keep the bill collectors from hassling you and force the insurance companies to cut the crap. Overall this experience is a win some/ lose some wash. They don't return phone calls or emails as if you don't deserve a status update. They are slow to pay, and don't have a plan for staff absences. I give them 3.5 stars. Don't fight alone, you need an attorney on your side. Call SMSH, I don't bet anywhere else is better.
The settlement amount was good but the hassle of me having to call non stop to get results and an answer was too much. One of the most stressful situations I've been in. Attorney came to my house a day after the accident told me she would take charge of my personal injury case and if I needed any help getting my car fixed she would. Well, she didn't even try helping with my car. I had to solve everything even after I asked for her help.
