Jeff is very professional and friendly. When he arrives at my house, he rings my doorbell and I am always greeted with a friendly face. He always informs me what he is going to do and asks me if I have noticed any other problems with insects that need to be addressed. He is very thorough and a hard worker. Toney is a wonderful technician. He always checks in with me and asks if there are any special concerns or problems, even when it is a scheduled service. He has returned on a number of occasions for special issues - e.g. yellow jackets trying to gain entry to the house. He is very thoughtful and resourceful in addressing various problems that come up. I was away from home - at a medical appointment on the last service date - but I am sure he would have talked with me about any concerns if I had been here. Always great.

Scherzinger did a heat treatment at my mothers house to get rid of bedbugs, every two weeks they returned to inspect and treat until the problem was solved. Great customer service and they stand behind their guarantee.

your new Tech Nich T***** introduced himself on March 15th and proceeded to inspect my termite inspection. I noticed that he had a device that he used repeatedly to locate the termite traps. He found 2 that I know of and possibly one more that his predecessor could not find. And to my astonishment, he emailed to me the service report of his findings!!!
