Ashley is awesome. She is personable and willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done and WHY. She answers all my questions and really seems to enjoy her job. She attacked my rodent problem, and would not quit until she had figured out. She takes it on as a personal challenge. In the past, I have had technicians from other companies talk at me and not explain things well. I look forward to Ashley's regular visits to help control the creepy crawlies that seem to want to invade my house.
