RecommendedMy family and I are from Mississippi. While visiting family in Killeen, I asked for good brisket and my brother suggested that Schoepf's was a great place for brisket. It did NOT disappoint. Very tender and juicy. Food was excellent and the staff was friendly. We WILL be back!
