They are slung management they doesn’t care about their resident I’m happy I move from there. I was living in a flood apartment for 4months soon I get a housing inspection then they wants to paint my apartment they only care about there month. This is worse realtor management I ever lived in my Life. My apartment was mice infected in the elevator was always down. This building went down soon Courtney Griffith left. I just left a viewing at this property with Jeremy. I’ve been on a lot of viewings in the past month and I will have to say this was the best one. The tour was very informative and he made me feel like I can call this place home. His personality was top tier and I left with so much hope. Thank you.
Jeremy was great and very accommodating in getting the repairs that I needed done in my apartment. He is always so very warm and cordial and seems like he really cares about meeting the needs of scholars residents.
Do not units ending in 01, 03, 05, 07. They face west, the roar of the train kills you. Roar can last as long as 5min in midnight. Also they refused to fix my dripping faucet for 3mo till the flow became uncontrollable. Otherwise all good.
We just moved into our Apartment on 11/06/22 . I accepted the Apartment even though I was unhappy with the size and saw the building is outdated. We were promised the leaking water in the tub was going to be fix by Courtney never did. Secondly, the kitchen lining shelves are falling reported it never fix. The building carpets in the hallway are nasty. The elevator is unreliable.
