they replaced my ac about a month ago. the broke the doors to the ac closet and still have not replaced them. they do not seem to know how to install or repair what they do. the controll unit died from a known recall, the drain plug was not removed per manufacturer manual. it has stop working again and they did not show up to fix it in the time frame stated and they have no idea when they can get to it. so they do not seem to know what they are doing and are non responsive on repairs. i do not recommend them. sure they are n... read more
