Jesse my service advisor and Precious the young lady who got me a loner care were excellent...My car was towed in 5 minutes before closing time yet Jesse patiently took me through what had to be done and when I might expect car back.He called me early the next day when car was fixed,washed and I picked up. Couldnt ask for anything more.............
This is the second car I've bought from Schumacher and Perry Payne. Both times I have had a helpful, professional experience. This time I was looking for a truck for my son and Perry worked really hard trying to find just the right one. After we purchased the one he wanted we experienced a problem with the auto locks.
