Kyle arrived at my house within a few hours of my initial call to sell my car to Schumacher. It was such a convenience to have him come to the house for the appraisal! He inspected the car and took it for a drive. When he returned he made us an offer, which was very fair, and we accepted. We signed paperwork and they sent us a check the next business day. Horrific experience. They lead me on, ran my credit, had me sign paperwork and told me they would get back to me with financing options. Then they told me the couldn’t do it(even though they knew I was flying in from Cali to buy). They told me they would call back in the morning to figure it out but instead sold the car to someone else. So they hurt my credit and I lost a plane ticket as well as the car. Yet they call you “family”.
