Excellent service as usual!
vERY little effort on my part. came and picked it up then dropped it off.
Schumacher Auto Body was spectacular, not only in customer service and satisfaction, but in thoroughness. I was concerned with possible damage other than the exterior, and they went above and beyond ensuring it was only cosmetic. they also are very cautious in regards to the Covid Pandemic and cleaned and sanitized the entire vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
As always very accommodating Treated with respect and all questions answered and explained.
It was nothing too serious. Had to get a new key programmed for my vehicle as the old one began to break up. Their service was good but a little expensive....my opinion..lol. I'm good and up and running again..
They were very helpful, Nick did contact me. However I have since decided against purchasing a car at this point.
All people evolved were professional and pleasant It was as enjoyable service call as it could be. Thanks to all that were there that day, especially the person that made my appointment.
Nestor was an amazing representative, he laid out my service options clearly and got me back on the road quickly even though I was a walk-in service. Great team there!
