When we arrived we were immediately greeted. We had previously connected with John Graner from Schumacher’s website. John was promptly contacted and met us. I had selected a vehicle from the website, as it turned had sold. John then showed us other vehicle options. With very little negotiation we made a deal and drove home later with our new Chevrolet Traverse High Country. We are very pleased with our vehicle purchase experience.
