I had a highly disappointing experience with the service department, specifically with Victor Figueroa as my assigned Service Manager. I brought my vehicle in due to an issue with the front grill. Despite having a scheduled appointment with Victor, he was unavailable when I arrived, and I was asked to leave the car with another associate. You may save your life by not using this company. After a regular maintenance of oil change and tire rotation my driver rear tire came off my vehicle while driving down the turnpike. Furthermore, as you can see in the video, multiple tires had loose lug nuts. This company will not own up to their mistake and is causing major distress on top of an already traumatic experience. You may save your life by not using this dealership.

So happy with my experience with Kelvin at Schumacher VW service department. He went above and beyond to help me and make sure my car was fixed in a timely manner and was even able to get a loaner car since he knows I need transportation with my 2 children. Highly recommend working with him and bringing your car here to be serviced. I also had a wonderful experience with Martha in the rental car department she was so helpful and sweet.

Amazing customer service. Al Zimmerman is the best! He always does a great job in explaining everything to me. Also, he is great in making sure to inform me on what's going on with my car whenever I take it in for service.

I bought my GMC Terrain from Nissan 95 and dealing with them has been a nightmare if i you how many time they have upset me I will never ever recommend Nissan 95 on blue heron . I decided one day to just bring it to Schumacher. I met Anthony super nice gave me his card I communicated with him through email - brought my car in gave me loaner car and finally my car is all fix !! Thank you so much Anthony Carrol & AJ has been super helpful :) I will definitely be bringing my car in for service here !
