"A refreshing expiernce" My wife and I recently bought a used a Chevy Equinox from Rob. "Treated like a friend!" Despite coming in on a really crowded and busy morning, I was greeted promptly with a smile by the service advisor Frank Santilli. He not only took care of me quickly but also arranged a shuttle ride for me so I could make it to work on time. The service on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler was done even earlier than expected. It felt like I was being treated more like a friend than a customer. Can't say enough about Frank and his service group.
"Frank Santilli Was Wonderful" I drove in on a busy Wednesday afternoon with something lodged in my tire and it was losing pressure. The dealership was extremely busy. Frank was so accommodating and courteous and delivered amazing customer service!! He explained that there would be a wait and checked with me frequently to keep me posted on progress. "listened, reassured, communicated & fixed" On Wednesday afternoon, before Thanksgiving (& before a road trip to the Tampa area for Thanksgiving Day) we had to take my 2010 Caliber in unexpectedly. "AWESOME EXPERIENCE " My wife and I were looking to buy a Chrysler 200S, the sales person (Gary) was amazing, he not only took care of us by showing us the car but also bought some food for our 5 year old daughter while we were waiting for the paperwork. "Pleasantly surprised" About a month ago I spotted a beautiful 2015 Dodge Challenger at this dealership and put down a $500 deposit, ensuring that they would notify me first if anyone else was interested in buying it while I explored other options ( I was still in the very early stages of shopping).
