I had the best experience with Erik! He not only made the process very smooth but also made my husband and me very comfortable with our purchase. I am pleased with my new Jeep! I had a little issue with my Jeep I was dealing with until I talked with Brandy. I was so happy with her ability to listen to my situation and figure out how to solve it. So many times at other businesses I've been told "I Understand and want to help" and nothing gets done.I feel Brandy went above and beyond to fix my problem, communicating back and forth with me through the whole process till it was resolved. Schumacher Delray has a great employee right there!!
