I was most impressed by the fact that when I walked in and was greeted by Art he asked me what I was looking for. More importantly when I told him he showed me that vehicle and didn't waste my time trying to sell me something I wasn't interested in. He didn't act fake a try to reel me in by becoming my "friend" in 5 minutes. He just listened to what I was looking for and where I was comfortable being payment wise, and he worked to get me there and in my dream vehicle. My next vehicle purchase will only go through Art.
