"Bought Pre-Owned Vehicle, Would buy from Gary again." Had been looking for a pre-owned vehicle for a couple of months. Based on an Internet advertisement I visited this dealer. The vehicle was advertised at a fair price and in great condition. Low mileage and could pass as new. The carfax was accurate with no reported damages and the vehicle had no unreported damage. "fantastic, easy, no stress." We bought a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan on Wednesday night and told the salesman that we were coming back tomorrow to but the exact same model but in a different color. When we arrived we test drove the vehicle and started the paper work, then we noticed that it was not the same exact van. we brought this to the attention to the salesman that we were dealing with and it did not seam to matter and told us that the deal could not be undone. We had seen the vehicle on the Internet and went thru the USAA car buying program who contacted the dealership. "Treated like family!" After moving to Florida and having to go through the car buying process on my own, Delray Motors took great care of me. Not only did they greet me with smiling faces, but they did not take advantage and treated me like family. I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership that I come back on a weekly basis just to say hi! Everyone at the dealership knows me by name and it's only been about three weeks! "A refreshing expiernce" My wife and I recently bought a used a Chevy Equinox from Rob. "Treated like a friend!" Despite coming in on a really crowded and busy morning, I was greeted promptly with a smile by the service advisor Frank Santilli. He not only took care of me quickly but also arranged a shuttle ride for me so I could make it to work on time. The service on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler was done even earlier than expected. It felt like I was being treated more like a friend than a customer. Can't say enough about Frank and his service group.
"Frank Santilli Was Wonderful" I drove in on a busy Wednesday afternoon with something lodged in my tire and it was losing pressure. The dealership was extremely busy. Frank was so accommodating and courteous and delivered amazing customer service!! He explained that there would be a wait and checked with me frequently to keep me posted on progress.
