"Great Experience" It was an unexpected pleasure to have gone into the service department,which we have used for our pervious MKXsbecause the service has alway been excellent , to have found that there was a new dealership. "Very Good" I was greeted on arrival and directed straight to Cindy,the service adviser. She gave me advice and an immediate estimate (which was accurate) and then escorted me to the lounge. She came for me when the service was complete, went through what was done, answered any questions and suggested when to return for the next service
"Steve is an Excellent Salesman!!!" I just leased a 2016 MKX from Steve at Schumacher Lincoln. His honesty and follow through was excellent. I had been shopping for a new vehicle for weeks. Salespeople would let me walk out the door and not even try to talk to me. Steve was professional and a pleasure to work with. Save yourself grief and see him!
