"Nighmare" Most horrible experience I ever had. Purchase my new Jeep from this dealer in July 2013. I decided to opt for the leather seats which needed to be swapped out. First visit, wrong seat covers were installed, second visit was to show them wrong covers were installed (someone else needed to see this). Third visit was to get the problem corrected. "Drove 3 hours after confirming they had the vehicle I was..." Drove 3 hours after confirming they had the vehicle I was looking for,, upon arrival they told me the vehicle had just been sold to a dealer 10 miles from my house in Fort Myers... They tried to rectify the situation, but dropped the ball. Unorganized group and no wonder they have low review. I gave them a chance and they blew it...

"Frauds...quote prices that don't exist...use an 8%..." Frauds...quote prices that don't exist...use an 8% gap end of lease value. No industry standard for evaluation...more like "heads or tails"

"Horrible experience! My wife and wanted to buy a Chrysler..." Horrible experience! My wife and wanted to buy a Chrysler Town and Country. The sales person was nice enough as we visited twice to consider buying a Chrysler or Honda. We decided on the Chrysler because the price we were given in writing was better then the Honda. We were given pricing at the dealership during the second visit in writing. Over the weekend we decided we would move forward and we finalized the vehicle to be purchased. "Upon entering the parts dept. I was shocked to see the..." Upon entering the parts dept. I was shocked to see the filth all over the place. Mud on the floor,dirt everywhere,garbage cans overflowing,parts thrown everywhere and even broken walls. I also had a terrible experience with my first appointment on my new MKZ hybrid. Car was returned unwashed, took far longer than promised and the presets were not working. I had a Jaguar XJ which I traded in because I wanted to buy American. "Both Mr Hoye and Mr Ferency have no regard for customers..." Both Mr Hoye and Mr Ferency have no regard for customers when you ask for them to resolve issues they avoid your questions or just mislead you if yo try and get answers they will ask you to leave or call the police on you my experience with this dealer was a nightmare

"Have had nothing but problems with this dealership on..." Have had nothing but problems with this dealership on their service. I bought the car in NC but live in FL so Maroone was my local dealer. When my 02 Dodge Dakota was about 6 months old I heard a noise in the front end and since we were in NC we took it back to the dealer we bought it from.
