"Super Deluxe Experience " I first saw this car on line and came down to see it. The car was being worked on so I never had a chance to see it. I was getting frustrated because I really wanted to see it. Pedro did everything he could to make that car available for me and with the idea of taking it home in a few days, he arranged it to where I was able to leave with it that night. "Amazing and non stressful " I worked with Craig in sales. He asked me exactly what I was looking and how much I could pay. He worked with me to get me what I needed. He also made sure I walked out with what I wanted. I did not feel overwhelmed or pressured. Mr. Hanuka in financing also made me comfortable and also made everything easy to understand with my lease. "Carlos the sales Rep " To whom it may concern I just want to say that Carlos who works over in pre owned side took time to help me when there was no one around to help out .He was very nice polite he showed me a lot of cars told me the difference between the ones I was looking at. "Service was excellent" Tom was great got in and out on time and kept me informed about progress Went over paperwork showing me that wheel alignment was pretty good. I had a tire west issue that he is getting me paperwork for Goodyrsr.
