"Exceptional " Everyone at this location was very helpful. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful experience, but the staff at Schumacher Subaru of Delray made sure everything went smooth. My wife and I are happy with our new vehicle. I am sure we will enjoy it for years to come.

"Seamless Process" Traded Subaru Outback in for an Impreza 5-door. Didn’t want to spend hours in the dealership. Knew Mr. Gregory from prior purchase. I found the vehicle I wanted. He had all the paperwork ready for me to sign the next day and I was out of the dealership in about 90 minutes total.

"The most courteous fast service department ever. Michael is " Michael is my service manager at Delray shop and he is the best manager. He gets the car in, gets the job done, he is honest and efficient. The entire department needs to be commended

"Unexpected new tire" My new Subaru Forester received an unwanted gift. A nail through the sidewall of one of it's tires. This was certainly an unexpected expense, it certainly was not the fault of Subaru! Since I've only been to the service department once before, for routine oil change, etc., I needed some education on how the "Express Service" works. "My best new car buying experience" This is what car buying should be, and it was the best car buying experience I’ve had. "Our first service" My wife and I drove from Cooper City to Delray Beach to have our Subaru serviced. It was promised in an hour and sure enough we had it right on time.

"Scott Gregory, my salesman, is the BEST!!!" I had a 2002 Forester (137.000 miles) which I loved, but after 14 years it was time to buy a new car. Buying a car was a new experience for me. "Scott Gregory" We met Scott on July 31, 2016. We had replaced a 2015 Malibu with a 2016 Malibu and then discovered the 2016 Malibu did NOT have a CD player. Surprise! We thought we wanted an Outback. Scott showed us the 2017 Legacy and we purchased same day. It was apparent that Scott was respected by others in the dealership. Since the sale he has followed up several times. He has been and is always courteous. He is an asset to Schumacher Subaru of Delray Beach!
