Great experience. All staff were extremely friendly and I was impressed with how fast I got in and out. I just needed an oil top off they said but they went the extra mile and checked my whole car to make sure it was perfect.

Rachel was FANTASTIC. I had to come in due to an airbag recall that I was dreading. I don't like going to dealerships, or really handling anything 'offline'. She made this so smooth and easy and I did not have to worry about a thing! If I was guaranteed to receive your service or similar I would have no problem setting something up for all my needs. The overall dop off and pick up was smooth, and there was someone waiting to help those who had pulled into the service line, who were overall confused about the process. 10/10

Philip Stokley was great - phenomenal customer service skills, accommodated all my needs, willing to negotiate / match other offers - absolutely recommend Schumacher VW over any other VW dealership in South Florida or the Treasure Coast (definitely worth the wait and travel distance to work with Philip and his team)!
