This is my 6 th Volvo. To me, the service department is the best. My service advisor is Erick Rivera. He's always on top of things, my car is always finished on time, and if I come in with a problem, he follows up the next day to make sure the issue has been resolved.. Can't do better than that

I have had my eye on the XC60 for 6 months. Every single time I stopped by the showroom Richie welcomed me with a gigantic smile, and always answered my questions. He would call me periodically to check on me, and assured me that when I was ready he would do all that he could to get me into the car of my dreams.
