Everything has been 5 star with Dr. Mikailov. One glitch with a scheduled appointment that they worked out to my satisfaction. My rating is lower because of billing. I have a Highmark WNY insurance that includes Dr. Mikailov and Schweiger as legitimate providers for my plan. However, my bill keeps getting sent to an Excellus CNY insurance that I don't even have. Excellent experience! Every staff member was personable and professional. Saw PA Abby. She was very knowledgeable, provided excellent information about skin/sun care and completed a body check. Addressed one matter of concern that I had . Both Abby and her nurse were great. The facility is very clean and modern. I will be back and I have already recommended them to 2 family members.
