Please do not go here. I had an appointment with the Glen Carbon office in early June. They biopsied a lesion on my nose, cutting a hole in it, and sent me home without telling me there was a hole or how to care for it. Biopsy results came back positive for cancer. I had to BEG and then eventually threaten a lawsuit in order to get a copy of the biopsy report. The doctors are good, the customer service is terrible. I was just told today (June 23) that the first available appointment for any provider is September. All scheduling and medical questions are run through a call center so you can't ever actually speak to someone in the office and are in a game of phone tag because they have to call the office and try to get through (which they never can). And the wait is always 20+ minutes even when you have an appointment. Unacceptable.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Breer as my dermatologist! Dr. Breer is so intelligent and knows his dermatology. His medical assistant, Koa, was fantastic at prepping me for my biopsy. Dr. Breer is such a great doctor and his team is amazing.

Will someone please call in my daughter’s prescriptions? It’s been over a week. She’s just a kid. Can you please act like she exists? The call center people only email a message, and no medical professional responds. Please have some basic compassion.
