Formerly Clearly Derm was amazing, now Schweiger is just so poorly run. Can;t get through to a live person, I was greated by a sloven young man who could care less. Had to walk out on appointment after waiting 30 minutes to see scheduled doctor, who hadn't yet arrived. Made an appointment again, couldn't speak to a person so I give up. Really shameful they do have great doctors but........office control and personality is non existent.

I was delighted to to make appointment through Zocdoc to this business near my house in the same week I requested. I just left there and had the worst experience. The front desk gentleman barely looked up his from his phone and was very rude and the doctor was so quick and dismissive. She hardly listened, gave me samples for another cream (after showing her the countless stronger creams I had already been proscribed) and told me to come back in 3 months. The staff here is very unprofessional. The front desk receptionist Kayla is rude and had no sympathy to try on working with me to see this doctor people has referred me to see. What's worse is that these doctors are suppose to help us feel better and Dr. Anu Parameswaran denied to see me. I definitely wouldn't recommend this specific office at all , and definitely not this doctor. Please be very careful. If there was a button for 0 stars about this team and office I would've clicked it 10 times if I can.

There are many Dermatologists to go to in Florida. This should be the one to avoid. More so for their business practices than their professionalism as Doctors. I had an appointment and the day off I had to cancel because I was positive with Covid. They said I would have to $50.00 because I cancelled less than 24 hours. I told them again, I have Covid, and only knew that morning! They lectured me that if it happens again, they will charge me. Two weeks later I made an appointment for Botox. Fantastic office staff. I hate leaving a bad review however I think it's important. I went to see Dr. Moum originally for cyst removal. However as a hairstylist I knew there was an issue with my scalp. I had never encountered a scalp issue like mine. The Dr. dismissed and told me I had a lot of hair. He barely looked in my scalp. I told him I had lived in house with black mold, I also had did some yard work in which 2iguanas made their home. I felt like I had caught something. I went for an annual check. I was (unfortunately) seen by Dr. Richman. I have very dry, itchy skin. Instead of treating me, she suggested Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My best friend has a PhD in psychology. She agrees "Dr" Richman should treat dermatology issues and leave psychology to the professionals. I will never go back.
