What a horrible experience I had. I can’t even believe that I was treated this way being eight months pregnant coming in with a toddler. I’m shocked at how rude the front desk staff is. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment in which the receptionist advised for me to wait for the doctor and then I would be seen after her patient. Within that time I took my daughter to the restroom and after I came out, she rushed me back and said you have to go back into the waiting room. Horrible experience with Dana. We live an hour away, and our appt was after 5 (worst time for traffic). We were 15 mins late, there were 3 accidents. I cried to please let us be seen, and she wouldn't even face us, she just had somebody else tell us no. There was barely anybody waiting, maybe 2 people, and the appt takes 5 mins. She was just plain heartless and unsympathetic. Even another lady waiting felt bad and said she was rude, and said for us to take her appt spot. Thank you for taking me as a new patient immediately as I needed to have my rash issue resolved. Very friendly atmosphere and a big thank you to Dr.P she is excellent diagnosed my problem immediately. I would recommend this practice to anyone Thank you to the receptionist who was able to get me in the same day. Dr P is extremely pleasant I actually enjoyed the visit between Dr P and friendly front desk
I just want to be honest I have no idea if the doctor are good or not cause simply I did not see any doctor cause I have to leave and ask for refund, to make long story short, I made an appointment on the phone and I explained everything I wanted to be done on the phone whoever was speaking to me over the phone stated that everything is covered by insurance of course except my copay so I left my job early to go get I my appointment then went to a room with the doctor assistant start asking me some questions then she said oh ... read more
I never post reviews but had to on this one. Their office is extremely unorganized. Doctors and staff are also very rude. Save your time, money and effort.
