I feel like this place is a scam. I visited them in September 2021 (which is half a year ago), I paid them in full, and then half a year later, they bill me for adjustment and charge me more money. I called then total 7 times, they never pick up or return my voice mail. Plus their doctor gave me wrong diagnosis.

Rudest office staff I have ever encountered in my life. I drove to the depths of Garden Grove to see this doctor for a medical mole removal as it's very difficult to find a dermatologist who isn't strictly cosmetic in Orange County. He spent less than 15 min with me for 1st appt (didn't get my full appt due to front desk gal not giving me proper building directions), then charged $195 for less than 15 min first appt!!! Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Had an appointment a few months back where he told me he couldn't do much about the spider angioma on my nose. Told me to go elsewhere. Was then charged over 100 bucks to be told this information, so annoying.

I've been going to this doctor for about 10 years now. He is very professional, kind, honest and very gentle! For someone like me ((Un easy)) about going to the doctor it is huge thing! Appointments are very easy and I never have to wait longer than 15 minutes.

Being from an area where you can wait 9 months to get an appointment with a dermatologist, I was impressed that we could get my daughter in to see Dr. Ceavatta quickly. The doc was straightforward, very pragmatic on treatment options... definitely staying with him.

Staff was wall nice and courteous when I walked in for the first time. When I finally met the doctor, he was very professional, honest and fair. I will be going back if needed, and will recommend them.

Too bad the receptionist won't let you make an appointment for a consultation. Or tell you how much it is. She was very rude.

Dr. Ceavetta is very pleasant and puts you at ease. His demeanor is professional and kind.

I have been going to Dr. Ceavatta since I was in high school -- let's just say it's been more than a decade and leave it at that :) He is an incredibly nice man who takes his time with patients. He focuses on the overall health of the patient and their skin. While I'm sure he's happy to provide cosmetic dermatology advice and administer those procedures if asked, he doesn't try to sell patients on cosmetic enhancements.
