I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room. The nurse took me to the exam room right away. The doctor came presently and injected the numbing fluid and removed the small growth for biopsy. And I was finished. Great

Dr Hasan is great. Facility is nice. Patient volume is ridiculous with the other provider with overworked staff. Customer service is great. Company under appreciate staff and all they work they do. Horrible regional manager Jake Cook. Hope the new manager improves things.

I have been going to Schweiger since February of 2025 and almost every experience has been a disaster. The first issue was a simple prescription refill and it took the nurses/ Doctors months to send the prior authorization (which is a simple process). When I complained they swore up and down that this is an isolated incident and wouldn't happen again, so I gave them another chance. Aftercare is terrible. All calls go offshore and are responded to with only a text message.
I had a good office experience. Very fast and efficient. That's where their service ends. My calls are returned by text messages . The calls are sent to Malaysia or the Philippines. I have a cancerous biopsy and requested. the pathology report be faxed to a different medical group a week ago. I hear nothing and no fax has been sent. Find someone with better communication

Still have the same symptoms. Burning and itching. on my arms.. I have had this problem since Oct 13. Don’t know what I can do to make this better. I don’t know if a blood test would help.I have a fungus. Please help Thank ypu
